At  healthyU, we have a unique approach on health and fitness by focusing on giving you the best services to reach your goals while maintaining a positive and safe environment that promotes mental resilience and lifestyle habit formation.

Therefore, we hope that our members can work with us and help us make their experience the best it can be by following the guidelines below:

1) We take your time with us very seriously and we kindly ask you to respect appointments by showing up on time and giving a minimum -24hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will revoke any rescheduling rights.

2) No refunds or exchanges of services are permitted.

3) In case of emergencies, Healthy reserves the right to postpone appointments to the soonest available date.

4) Non-member children are not permitted during nutritionist follow-ups.

5) products cannot be exchanged or returned.

6) If you wish to extend your membership, please do so within less than a month’s timeframe to benefit from renewal prices.

7) Please note that frequent appointment rescheduling can hinder your results since our

program is designed to be followed in ordered steps. Therefore, our rescheduling and freezing policy is as follows:

Rescheduling:
  • Week membership end within a month of commencement. One chance to reschedule.
  • 6 Week memberships end within 8 weeks. Two chances to reschedule.
  • 10 Week memberships end within 13 weeks. Three chances to reschedule.
Freezing:
  • Detox members and -3week members cannot freeze their memberships.
  • 6 Week members can freeze up to 2 weeks.
  • 12 Week members can freeze up to 3 weeks.
  • 8) In the event that you cancel the subscription, the value of the delivered package will
  • be deducted and the visits will be calculated at the price of one visit
