Instant high protein mix for cream of vegetable soup. With only 110 calories but 18 grams protein, Dietimeal Cream of Vegetable is a delicious low calories soup. Onion, Potato, leek, asparagus, celery, spinach : you will have all these deshydrated vegetables in your vegetable soup.
Ingredients : Blend protein (milk proteins, vegetable proteins (pea protein, soy protein)) ; dehydrated vegetable (13%) (potatoes powder, onions powder, carrots powder, asparagus green powder, red peppers, green leek powder, spinach powder, spring onions, organic garlic powder) ; thickeners : starchs, guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate ; flavours (milk, celery) ; vegetable oil preparation (refined palm oil RSPO certified, glucose syrup, milk protein, anticaking agent : silicon dioxide) ; salt ; methionine ; parsley. Allergens : Contains milk, soy and celery (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard and egg.
Recommandations :

Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Instructions :
- Empty one packet into abowl.
- Add slowly 200 to 230 ml of hot but not boiling water and stir a few seconds until well dissolve with a wisk.
- Add salt and pepper and consume in the 10 followingsminutes
